FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions
  1. I want to register a group. What should I do?
This event requires individual registrations, so each member of your group will need to register separately. We recommend coordinating within your group to ensure everyone signs up for the same activity. Activities can fill up quickly, so be sure to register early!
  2. Is this event open to children?
Yes! Many of our activities are suitable for children. Please review the activity details to find the best fit for your child. Children must be registered by a parent or guardian before attending the event, and all required waivers must be signed before arriving on-site.
  3. How do I register my children if they don't have an email?
Depending on your email service (like Gmail), you can add a "+1" to your email and it will register as a separate individual, but you will get the notification. Example: johnsmith+1@gmail.com or johnsmith+2@gmail.com
  4. If I decide to bring an extra person with me, do they need to register?
Yes, all participants need to register. On-site registration is available, but spots may be limited if the activity is full. To guarantee a spot, we recommend registering in advance. If your guest is under 18, a parent or guardian must be present to sign a waiver.
  5. My group has 30 children. How many adults do I need present?
For safety reasons, we ask that youth groups maintain a ratio of one adult for every five youths. Please make sure you have enough adults present to meet this requirement.
  6. What should I wear? What do I need to bring?
Dress to get messy! Activities may include planting, painting, and other hands-on fun, so wear clothes and shoes that can get dirty. Depending on your registered activity, you’re welcome to bring your own supplies—like gloves, gardening tools, or paintbrushes. Don’t worry if you don’t have them—we’ll have plenty of supplies available based on registration numbers.
